The website does not require you to create a user account.

Please do not provide sensitive personal data in the contact form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

We do not currently use personal data submitted through the contact form for newsletters, advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, your personal data may be processed on the basis of:

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;

or

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, communicating with people interested in our services and conducting business correspondence.

Where processing is based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing in accordance with the GDPR.

5. Is providing personal data mandatory?

Providing personal data through the contact form is voluntary.

However, providing an email address and sufficient information about your enquiry is necessary for us to respond.

If you do not provide the necessary information, we may be unable to respond to your message.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

If your enquiry does not result in cooperation, correspondence and the personal data contained in it will generally be retained for up to 12 months from the last contact.

If your enquiry results in cooperation or entering into a contract, relevant personal data may be processed for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, accounting or other legal obligations, as well as for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Who may receive your personal data?

We use third-party service providers where necessary to operate the website and communicate with you.

In particular, the website is created and hosted using Framer. Framer may process technical information and information submitted through website forms to provide the website and its functionality.

Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to the email account used by Agile Corgi. The email service provider may therefore process the information contained in your message.

Personal data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or upon a lawful request from an authorised public authority.

We do not sell your personal data.

8. Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area

Some technology providers or their subprocessors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards required under the GDPR are applied, where necessary, such as an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Cookies and website analytics

The Agile Corgi website uses functionality provided by Framer.

At present, Agile Corgi does not intentionally use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking technologies such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics.

We also do not currently use cookies for our own advertising or remarketing purposes.

Technical solutions used by the website hosting or infrastructure provider may process limited technical information necessary to provide, secure, and operate the website.

If additional analytics, advertising, remarketing or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required, an appropriate consent mechanism will be implemented.
